Rudy’s Plumbing was established in 1984 as a home based company by Rudy Rios and his son Rudy Rios Jr. We are still a family owned and operated business. Rudy’s Plumbing was incorporated in 2006 and is currently owned and operated by his son Rico Rios and managed by his only daughter Rose Santano. We have been serving the San Gabriel Valley area for over 30 years. Located in the beautiful city of Monrovia, California.

Rudy’s Plumbing is fully bonded, licensed, and experienced to work with residential, commercial, and new construction and are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

About the owner of Rudy’s Plumbing

Rico Rios has been helping Rudy Sr. since he was 11 years old and became a full time employee in the winter of 1987. He received formal training from PHCC ( Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors) in Los Angeles, CA. He became a partner in 1989 and received his Journeyman license in 1991 at the age of 23. He left Rudy’s Plumbing in 2000 to work for Los Angeles Unified School District. In 2006, Rudy Sr retired and Rico left LAUSD. Rico incorporated Rudy’s Plumbing and became the president and CEO. In 2008 during the recent recession, Rico almost closed the doors to Rudy’s Plumbing. But due to his loyal clients, the company was able to survive and Rico was able to continue running the family business. In 2010 his oldest son Rico II became a full time employee and in 2013 his youngest son Matthew joined the office staff. Today Rudy’s Plumbing is in its third generation of professional plumbers and is going strong. Rico Sr. says that Rudy’s Plumbing owes its success to its loyal customers and the new customers who give Rudy’s Plumbing an opportunity to become their plumbers for life. After all, that was Rudy Sr.’s vision.

Our Mission Statement

The original mission statement of Rudy’s Plumbing is, “We will not replace it, if we can repair it.” Our father taught us to be true and honest, “Do not pressure to sell, if they do not need it.” He has been heard telling his plumbers, “Perform your work as you would if it was your house.” He has been heard telling his office staff, “Treat phone calls as if it was you calling.”
